Okay, having booted up the games, in Forgotten Land, Kirby is like 1/4-1/3 the height of a soda vending machine. Those are usually around 6 ft tall. So he'd be like 1.5-2 feet tall.

In Super Smash Bros Ultimate, IF we count the ears, Pikachu is taller. but the top of head is about the same.

In the pokedex, Pikachu is listed at 1' 04". It's hard to find a good comparison photo without like booting up the game and checking, but he does seem taller than Kirby in this shot.
