Managed to get up for a total of four hours yesterday afternoon. Had a mooch around the garden and the flowers are starting to give some great colour!

Starting to feel a little more with it temperature down to 38 degrees , get very shivery and then darn hot! Sleeping is all over the place but did manage to get up yesterday for a couple of hours early evening!

Still feeling rough today, temperature hit 39 degrees slept a bit last night but things can only get better!

Had been hoping to meet up with my buddy Paul today but had a bad tummy and not a winks sleep!!
