Yes, there are parts that are beautiful but you really needed to escape all the main areas of tourism.
It’s like most beautiful places in this world that have been ruined by over tourism and Instagram.
I wish I had visited 15 years ago.
I probably wouldn’t recommend visiting there.
Higher up the island in Anacapri was more pleasant but still you need local knowledge to find the best places to eat and shop.
Otherwise more tacky stuff.
Went to Capri today and was looking forward to seeing it.
Honestly disappointed.
The harbour is tacky like your worst coastal town in the U.K.
Loads of shops selling cheap tat and sorry, but £10 for a cup of tea….
