Hack Salem will meet December 17th, at Spark Studio Salem. Jeremy will give a talk entitled, "Creating Kombucha: The Science Behind Fermentation and Flavors". Afterwards, we will have beverages and networking at Ratchet Brewing — hope to see y'all there!
Hack Salem will not have an official meeting in November due to a variety of conflicts, including the proximity to the Thanksgiving holiday. We _may_ have a social meeting on the 19th instead; if that happens, it will be announced early that week.
