Accents aren’t funny. (I say as someone with an accent a lot of people use as their “I’m a dummy” voice) Lots of people in Chicago speak with a noticeable accent but definitely not the majority which makes sense since a lot of people who live there moved from elsewhere (because it is a great city)

He is to blame, and so are all of the people in the system who aid and abet calls to action like the one he made.
