As part of our Do Be Mindful learning,🫧 we made our own bubble wands. Blowing bubbles help children slow their breathing, feel calm, and talk about how feelings come and go. 💙
This week, P2 had a special delivery from an alien.👽✨ We used it to create our own stories about where it came from and why. It sparked so much curiosity in our play from an alien mansion to space plans! 🚀🏰

Magic Potion Fun! 🧪✨
We had lots of fun exploring capacity while making our own magic potions! We learned to use words such as full, half full, and empty as we measured and poured colourful liquids. At the writing table, some of our pupils even wrote their own potion recipes. #Halloween

We have been practising our spelling words with Ghost Spelling! 👻 First, we write them lightly in pencil like a ghost, then trace over them in bright colours to make them appear. #Spelling
As part of our topic on animals and their habitats, we have been learning about different types of animals and where they live. We focused on snakes and looked closely at their scaly skin. To create our own snake artwork, we used printing techniques to add texture and patterns to the snake’s body. 🐍
