SCOTUS just extended the pause on snap til Thursday. The house is voting on the CR Wednesday. If it passes, that would make the legal challenge to snap moot. I wonder if the majority in SCOTUS who voted to extend the pause did so not to upset Trump?

Let's say that the senate agreed to include the ACA subsides in their CR, and it passed all the senate hurdles. What guarantee is there that the CR would pass the house? It very well could fail, and then we are still at square one.
