FML, it's already going to be AT LEAST two more weeks before I can work out again, but I feel like I'm going to be starting from square one again.

Why do I seem to be the only person who has a hard time getting my doctors/np's offices to answer the phone and give me appointments? Now it's my cardiologist.

I'm going to call them today (if I remember) and hopefully get myself cleared to workout again.

All that said, I am now at the lowest weight I've been during this weight loss journey - down 28 lbs from my starting weight and 37 from my highest weight.

I tried to make an appointment for my cardiologist online but you can only request a call back and no one has called me back.
