i should say that lysandre is sick with envy towards both of the twins. his "encouragement" of the younger IS genuine, but definitely laced with a fair amount of frustration over him seemingly wasting the magic that lysandre WISHES he was born with. at least the elder twin is a tryhard

im rambling to myself. the eldest siblings (rightmost) have a rather significant gap in age between themselves and the younger three, and the twins (leftmost) followed relatively swiftly after lysandre. they were, in fact, a band-aid for his mother's wounded ego after producing a non-magical child.
