Running into an icy sea this morning was not as torturous as watching Celtic these days.

Loved it, made the mistake of going in sea before sauna, just managed to my ankles🧊❄️by 3rd time I was right in, did it 4 times altogether, and the sauna had a window looking on to the sea, so it was all fabulous way to spend a Sunday morning.

It was my first time too, 1st attempt in sea, only got up to my ankles, it was like ice. After a stint in the sauna it got easier.

Away to start the day with a sea dip and sauna at the beach, madness or genius?

Equally proud of these wonderful group of students, and their lecturers who got the best out of them. It was fabulous!
