You can probably learn it by just reading the rules in the starter kit.

This *is* more of a hassle, but it also keeps potions strange and prevents them from becoming mundane and routine. And it could let you identify who made the potions all these brigands are kitted out with, which is always a fun thing for the players to figure out.
To make things tricky, potions that do the same things don't have to be identical. Magick is fucked up and messy and every mage has their own ways of doing things.
Just make sure to keep track of what which potions are on your end as the GM, and that the players actually write down the descriptions.
I feel like it depends on your tempo. You go with the one that best fits your personal rhythm.
Snart helg, as they say.
I use real places and then I lie and make things up to make them seem worse than they are, and then one of my player says he lives 30 minutes away from that town and it sucks more than how I'm describing it.
Elves all live in their shitty forests, all their asses are seeing in there is leaves and bark and ants. They probably don't even know what a crenelation is.

Itβs inaccurate to say Mario is brave and Luigi is cowardly
Luigi is afraid of death, so he runs away from danger. Mario is afraid of living, so he runs towards death. Both brothers are cowards in their own way
It's basically the best hobby.
What system(s) would you run?
Why not?
Just a suggestion, after reading dozens of "I want to play" posts: give some details.
(1) Do you want to GM or play?
(2) Do you want in-person (where?) or online gaming?
(3) What system(s) do you want to play?
(4) Are there limiters on who you want to play with? (Age? LGBT+? Politics?)

Hell yeah
Agree!
Layouts and room sizes for indoor maps, and pretty much everything regarding terrain and placements for cities, towns, and villages for outside maps is so easy to get hung up on ;w;
Thankfully I don't worry about them looking pretty in the end, but hammering down specifics is such a chore!
Coolest animal there?
Only Norwegians will get this
Rema 1000 (a norwegian grocery store chain) X Final Fantasy XIV The Rema 1000 logo has a bunch of soda bottles behind it because otherwise it'd be too plain.
Finally a collab I can actually get in on. Excited for the Grans Cola emote. #ffxiv #norway

Right, it looks awesome! So glad my FC started doing EX farm events lately.
Ok but listen
What if afterwards they also have to find the dragon a boyfriend? (Or girlfriend?) (Or nonbinary partner or whatever else.)
The Moon Child is breaking Blusky
re-skeet him to break it faster
Remember:
you have the power
to be his friend
You...
I've *seen* you...
Let me see your face...
You are the moon child from my dreams.
Then the story is true, and this is the beginning of a new and excitingly different story.
Gods give me the power to be your friend...
The Story.
Is True.
A skeleton with a hand on its hip sassily wagging its finger at a peasant who tried stabbing it with a pitchfork. The skeleton's spine is undamaged between two of the pitchfork's tines. Behind it is a gang of peasants defensively holding up various non-weapon implements while backing off.
You could always get into tabletop roleplaying games instead.
It's not related at all, it's just a fun hobby.
The rule as is is that only one in ten of your posts there can be self promotion, so if you're actually active in the sub and talk to people, you can advertise there too.
I think it's an ok compromise.
If all the subreddit is to someone is potential customers, then they don't want them there.
Weird how that works.
It's like people want to chat about their hobby and not be swarmed by hawkers and peddlers.
I've ghosted a few times when I was younger due to the groups getting really uncomfortable, like people slagging my friends in other circles and such.
I've also had a few people ghost me, before or between sessions. Idk they probably had stuff going on, or weren't feeling it. Sucks to be them.
You're on a roll. Keep at it while you're inspired.
But it's the 40k system I own, and I think it can do this concept well enough with random modular OSR bullshit I steal from other games bolted onto it like ork-tek.
