Critter: Day 20 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
This is "Home Is Where The Trash Is", a little VR hand puppet game I made in 2025, where your hand controls a racoon, trying to make a living in a trash-filled alley.

"Full Color Finger Mics", an XR game I made in January 2026 that transforms sound/music into colors that come out of your fingers, allowing you to finger paint with colors in your real environment using passthrough.
Fruit: Day 19 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
Left: an angry strawberry from Sporktacus, a game my team made during Global Game Jam 2022. Right: Temple of the Golden Watermelon (2018).
Colorful: Day 16 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
A Lullaby of Colors is a colorful blissful relaxation experience I made in 2018. It's like a brain massage, especially when experienced in VR.
Thank you!
Soft: Day 15 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
Cloud Shepherd, a little VR game I made in 2023 where you herd fluffy cloud sheep from cloud to cloud by flapping your hand fans.
Yummy: Day 14 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
Ah, this brings me back to A Kingdom of Crumbs (2023), where I baked chocolate chip cookie soldiers and walls, 3D-scanned them, and made a theatrical short with them in Unity. I ate all the cookies afterwards!

Fingerpaint Art Restoration is a game I made back in 2020 where you restore old paintings using fingerpaint in VR with hand tracking.
Sparkle: Day 11 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
This brings me back to Wanderment, a game I made in 2015, about a blind kitten using sound and splashes to make its way across town to visit a friend. All the graphics are made of sparkles.
Pencil: Day 10 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
Here's a chapel made of stationary, I 3d modeled back in 2017.
Stormy and gray this sunrise, with horizontal rain. The City & County of Honolulu's non-essential services/offices are closed again, for the 3rd time this year due to severe weather!
Ugh. This is horrible.
"Light": Day 9 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
A Quiet Space (2017), the first game I made where I used the workflow of drawing things in Tiltbrush in VR for that hand/drawn look, then cleaning/animating in Blender, and bringing to life in Unity.
"silly": Day 7 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
Here's "An Obstacle Course for Unconventional Humans", a silly QWOP-like game I made in 2020 about building "humans" out of body parts. There's a procedurally-generated laugh track even!
I pressed the snooze button this morning, and had a dream that I was at in-person game jam where the theme was:
"the simpler the simpler then"
But I kept forgetting the theme because it was not written down anywhere. I remembered it after much difficulty, and woke up repeating it.
And then with a little bit more thickness to the circle, some subdivision to round the threads out, and some randomization of scale:
Are you using Blender? If so, the new array modifier with the randomize feature gives you a very good start in just a few seconds, applying it to a circle that has the skin modifier on it.
hehehe. how poetic! 😉
ANNOUNCEMENT: I will stop running "scheduled" Ludum Dare events in 3 years! "Scheduled" is the key word though.
My hope is that leaders within the community can build something better, more welcoming, that honors our legacy. They've got 3 years to figure it out. You even get to study me. 😋 #LDJam
Once again, it feels very strange to be making videogames with all this insane stuff is going on. Selfishly, I'd like world peace, not just for everyone else, but so that I can just, you know, enjoy my day and make nice things for nice people.
Hey my fellow Americans, please call your congress people and tell them to get off their asses, return from recess, and use every tool they can to stop Trump from committing war crimes and unilaterally launching a nuclear war.

The phrase "bree yark" in goblin language doesn't mean "I surrender".
"bird": Day 6 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
Birds are one of my favorite types of characters to create because they are funny & easy to make. I've made 6 bird-based games.
Day 5 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge: "mountain"
Screenshots from "Volcano's Hot Sleepover Party" (2017), one of the few 2D games I've made. It's a strange game about mountains having a sleepover party w/ pizzas & pillows.
"dog/cat": Day 4 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
Some screenshots from "A Midlevel Dog", a game I made in 2022 about a dog living in a dog-eat-dog corporate world.
art from the jam page showing a bunch of lemmings (from the game) ready to gooooo!
one of the coolest jams on itch is happening again, and the theme is more important now than ever…
🔥 Fuck Capitalism Jam 2026 🔥
“We're living in shitty times, but there's room for optimism. Capitalism is collapsing; that much is obvious.”

let’s go! 👆
"bloom": Day 2 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
This brings me back to "A Flutter of Silicon Wings", a little game I made in 2021 about a butterfly visiting flowers in an ever-growing circuit board forest.
"hello!": Day 1 prompt for the #repostyourart challenge ^
Here's a clip from Hello Darkness, a game I made about a grumpy electrostatic kitten in Dec 2023. I was learning how to manipulate hair/fur in #godot, and experimenting with a super minimal unlit style.
What a fun challenge! It could work for #gamedev as well. It's a good way to revisit your old works and see how much/little you've changed.
