it has rly grown on me...i'm stubbornly latched onto plusle and minun as my favorite non pikachu electric rodents due to childhood bias but dedenne is a RLY good iteration on The Pika Formula

ok that’s real as fuck. being a spreadsheets and google docs for my IV/EV plans when i have never actually played comp and just enjoy the act of making a roided out umbreon is one of my worst sicknesses
they’ve been a great sport about it so far with the exception of exclusively referring to dedenne as dandadan
my wife hasn’t played pokemon outside of gen 1 + 2 and moon, so as we go through pokopia i’ve been acting as their pokedex whenever we see a new little animal. bc the part of my brain that was supposed to be used for memorizing poetry is instead storing bulbapedia data on all pokemon ever released
if you're able to make it in i'd love to say hi + maybe grab dinner after if you're free!! if not tho no worries at all, ik surgery recovery can be pretty day-by-day. hope your revisions go smoothly!
we liked it a lot! chill energy that i like to see at a local event, didn't feel weird selling our work at an all-ages fest + even though sales weren't gangbusters we had a lot of nice chats with the people who stopped by. also less than two hours drive home which gets it big bonus points for me LOL
