Was feeling very nostalgic for my first ever console (I'm quite young lol) so I designed and printed a PS2 case for my indie detective game!

It's nowhere near being official, but this still feels like a dream come true regardless. Very surreal feeling

Happy slightly belated #ScreenshotSaturday

Got some more work done on my Detective Game's dynamic audio system. The stems now change to a complex version when the player makes a correct solve

Also spent way too long in shader graph working on an effect I'm not very happy with!

Anyone got any advice on dealing with the indie game dev curse of having an epiphany at 5 am and not being able to sleep because of the overpowering urge to open Unity and slam your keyboard for a few hours until the epiphany becomes real

That's actually an awesome idea! It'd be an interesting challenge to try to implement dynamic dissonance like that without creating overestimulating and distracting audio for players

This is a fantastic point, I'm still in demo brain so I haven't been making any of the accessibility considerations I should be making. I'd be curious to know if you have any Information Games off the top of your head that have good accessibility settings, I'd love to study them

Thanks! I'm still figuring out the balancing for the audio levels but the 2nd character introduces a kick drum to the track

Currently working on a dynamic audio system for my Indie Detective Game, where the main track evolves as the player makes new discoveries and deductions. I'm considering making this the game's only real hint system, what do you think?

I spent last weekend exhibiting my work at MCM London Comic Con with the EGX Leftfield Collection, and it was an absolutely wonderful weekend! I got to meet many awesome people in the industry, and had the gratifying experience of watching my work played publicly #IndieDev #GameDev #SoloDev

Hello, everyone!

Working towards publishing my first solo work, a time-based narrative information game, and I'm looking to get to know some friendly folk, as it's encouraging to know I'm not alone on this journey
