Got that ADHD lack of object permanence. Spent over an hour thinking of where to go out for dinner because I don't feel like cooking only to eventually remember that I have a lot of leftovers in the fridge.
I can't believe this was predicted

The new tracking ball for my ergonomic mouse game in and good lord, it is SUPREMELY better than the stock one. Barely makes a sound.
Drinking a cocktail looking like a goddamn goth influencer at the Peacock Room in New Orleans
From Herb Alpert to Suzanne Vega to Gotan Project, I'm playing some nice lounge music on the radio show tonight, so we can pretend we're having a peaceful vacation somewhere pretty and hopefully chill the fuck out ๐ด LIVE at 6 pm PT or replay later if you have a life www.mixcloud.com/djBrujaRadio/
Agreed. Incidentally, I miss video store clerks scoffing at whatever you're looking for
We don't have enough coffee shops where the barista barely listens to you
I owe a lot this year, mainly because I'm back filing for three other years, but even with the high amount I owe, I'm like...happy to do it? Like, it goes to services and my pension plan, so that rocks.
Alright, called up the CRA and worked things out. I can pay most of what I owe this week and the rest will be paid on a monthly basis. Thankfully, for what I'm getting back, I should be able to not be as badly impacted as I thought.
Most of the clips I've seen from the current season are kind of reminding me of the last half of that film
So is Euphoria just Requiem for a Dream with different lighting
Grown men calling me, openly weeping, telling me to please keep the private jet
Wow, wild.
So, uh, how's he feel about Israel killing children?
Hmmm. I might try that, as I like that Firefox is really good about importing passwords and Brave...doesn't seem to.
I think it may finally be time to change browsers because I'm honestly tired of casually looking something up on chrome only for that thing to show up on my feeds everywhere.
I take it Firefox is similar and I'm basically stuck with DuckDuckGo, or are there others?
Because they're much more forgiving to grown men who like children?

have reached another example of peak adulthood: ordered a replacement rollerball for my ergonomic mouse
I ran nearly 4km today and I don't feel winded!!!
My record since starting has been 4.12km, but I felt like I was going to die. This time I actually felt like I could do it and I wasn't as worn out as previous times!
And like, yes, thirty year-old tech bros making bad videos deserve to be ridiculed.
Nine year-old kid wanting to know how to get along better with her little sisters? Maybe something with a little more empathy and better options.
The astronaut with gun meme, both staring at Earth in spacesuits, one pointing a gun at the back of the other's head. American astronaut: It's all just survivor bias? Ohio Space Program Assassin: Always has been.
This has come up several times lately in many different fields. It desrves the treatment.
Wow, very bold to go against the grain and cast a single woman in her thirties
Just kinda feel that in the AI Satanic Panic we're forgetting that people are going to AI in, a lot of cases, because mental health services and support is inaccessible and letting them down.
I think it's amazing to be teaching kids to regard AI as similar to the fae! Such a good idea.
But also...I hope beyond the "stay away" approach, the parent offered some alternatives for that kid on who to talk to about the stuff that she's clearly not comfortable talking about with her parents.
Trump is fun sometimes because his supporters would try to help him by, say, working the narrative that Israel pushed Trump into an incredibly unpopular war, which also increases antisemitism in the country, and he'll just be like "no, Israel didn't force me I genuinely thought this was a good idea"
