It’s hard work, isn’t it pastors? No wonder dogs sleep so much (and so soundly)!

David’s self-imposed—and delicious—dessert project for the day, a traditional French dessert, a Mont Blanc: a meringue base piled with whipped cream and sweetened chestnut paste. It was extra good with some homemade raspberry jam on the side, as recommended.
