Was cavorting thru DTLA with a fellow Louisianan while ruminating on how DTLA smells like poop but not in the nostalgic way that Bourbon Street smells like poop. Then I exclaimed “THATS L.A. BABY” and my pal had to stop me from joyfully shuffling in a pile of poop on the sidewalk.
