Tuxedo cat Sausage is having a snooze on the torso of his chosen hooman. He is completely limp and stretched long up my tummy to my chest.

Sausage ain’t skeert…

It is lush.

Twoer, a tabby-tux, is testing the softness and snuggle factor of my current crochet WIP with a thorough kneading. It is a purple and green striped blanket made with chunky chenille yarn in an open V-stitch. She finds it acceptable.

Momentarily finished with the crochet inspection, Twoer the tabby-tux is resting her biscuit makers in the classic feline curlicue formation on the half of my lap not occupied by the purple and green striped blanket of chonkiness.

We are told it may snow here in Redneck Central, today. We’ll see. Meanwhile, Twoer is helping me with a project and sends greetings to Monty (and his hoomama).

Sausage, the tuxedo cat with a marvelous set of many whiskers, looks wide-eyed at the camera, having just been told that no, he isn’t sharing the booberry crumbly muffling, ‘specially the buttered bit.

Oreo the cow cat stares at the camera in disbelief, having just been told that both the booberry crumbly muffling AND the butter are off limits, yes, even to him.

Sausage and Oreo would like you to know that I did not, in fact, share my miniature blueberry crumb muffin with them.

I am sitting on my recliner, feet up, camera pointing down my torso from chin level. Oreo the enormous, amber eyed cow cat is lying on me, stretched from the chair to my sternum. He is looking up at me, eyes half closed. I’m wearing jeans and a loose, caftan like shirt, blue with rainbow batik dragonflies. Oreo doesn’t care about fashion - he’s here for the pets, thank you.
