Overview of RB-TnSeq screens. Top left: Schematic for RB-TnSeq screen experimental set-up. Top middle: Pie chart depicting the number of RB-TnSeq screens completed for each category. Top right: Previously published TnSeq fitness with 27ng/mL isoniazid plotted against BarSeq fitness with 25 ng/mL isoniazid. Dotted line represents linear correlation between statistically significant hits from RB-TnSeq with TnSeq. Bottom left: BarSeq fitness (log2 fold change) for sugI (Rv3331) and sugA (Rv1236). Bottom right: Cofitness data for Rv3220c and Rv1626.

Very proud of this and so cool that enhancer-level models can predict the effect of genetic variation. There is so much personal variation in terms of gene regulation in the human brain, it is fantastic to uncover this thanks to technology (whole-genome sequencing and single-cell multiomics) and AI

We have updated the yeast AlphaFold3 co-folding map. The 15GB docker also has an updated streamlit app that is more responsive and easier to search through if you want to just browse the results. There will be many false positives ! We added known interactions for those wanting to filter.

The Czech #ERC_CZ program is the best thing the country has done for research. Czech @erc.europa.eu wannabes who did not get the EU grant receive support from the Czech ministry for 2 to 5 years (depending on the ERC grade (A/B)). It supports research that would otherwise never see the light of day.
