not quite hibachi, but theres a place in nashville called the pfunky griddle where theres a griddle in the middle of each table and they bring the ingredients and you cook your own food on it. its pretty fun!

i went to a protest today for the first time in several years. its always such an uplifting feeling to be in a space with so many like-minded individuals who are seeking change, especially in a state like tennessee.
