I am using it in the latter way.

However many of the things people rely on it for were not possible without blockchain technology. Hundreds of millions of people in Turkey, Argentina, etc. now have access to a financial product that was previously impossible.

If a person owns a cryptocurrency or any asset or object (eg an NFT) then they are relying on a blockchain (whether or not they are interacting with it daily).

why do you think they’re anti-crypto?
