I have always found our population to be profoundly uneducated but the current levels of ignorance on how government works and what its responsibilities are is gut wrenching. People I used to respect on at least a friend level can’t articulate basic government knowledge.

By walking away from Cesar Chavez, good people show how to grieve and let go of a hero who never was. Refusing to walk away from Trump shows the character of those who continue to worship a golden idol.

We are not allowed to have male heroes because always the men, they refuse to be heroes to women. How do you even raise a son in our society, any society to not despise us?
