Click on "choose file" (1) and find your new image that you saved elsewhere. Make sure it is a PNG file or else it won't work. If you done it correctly, it should show up as a preview on the right.
Next, scroll down and click on "upload file" (2).
Congrats, you did it! 🎉
Next, scroll down the page past the "file history" table. Underneath the table, there is a hyperlink called "Upload a new version of this file" - click on that! (see yellow underline)
This will take you to Special:Upload (second image).
And click on the image you want! A pop-up will appear. Click on the file name in the top left corner (circled in yellow). It'll take you to the file page (second image).
Tip: This will only work if you are LOGGED IN. File pages won't appear if you are logged out.

For April Fools, we're prohibiting users from posting new image files to prevent spam. Instead, post over (or reupload) over a file that already exists.
