Disabled People & children many with complex medical needs will be left to die through medicaid/ medicare cuts.
People with manageable but long term illness will be priced out of care & priced out of life saving medication and so left to die.

Am not sure I can explain — or begin to divine — the factors that go into whether hospitals fight or flee but I do know that primary care providers will *not* be able to absorb demand & will also not be able to treat trans patients if affiliated with hospitals that pull that care. It’s a nightmare.
