I enjoyed it, single source of light in each scene makes for quite a dark movie, some of it is genuinely creepy.

@hywelroberts.bsky.social does a cracking job, doesn't he.
Being included as decent EduTwitter, I like...
I'm hoping people have kept their handles from Twitter, but I do need to get my head around the differences between here and there.
Hello!
Took a social media break because I needed it. Who should I be following? Who is here from Twitter, and where do I find them?
So many questions...
You'll suddenly find lots of people mysteriously visiting just to check in, or for an urgent meeting...
The images one was particularly tricky, I think she'll have to spend quite a bit of time exploring "transparency of intent".
Done. An interesting question that required some thought before filling in.
Fluid is a difficult one, I usually make sure that I am well hydrated by drinking enough in the days before the race, and then only taking on small amounts as needed from the water stops. Depending on heat on the day. You could use a camelpack or something similar with electrolytes in it.
Carb load for a few days by replacing some protein in the meals rather than eating more calories. Don't just binge on pasta the night before. Stick to the gels you normally use when training, you also want to have them before you feel like you need them. I usually hit them at 5k, 10k & 15k.
Remember that you've done that.
I speak from experience, having done something similar, and then wondering why said thing didn't work when I needed it.
In primary, especially in small schools, I think there are challenges around pay/responsibilities from both leadership and staff expectations.
UPS does suggest that they have the experience/abilities for leadership roles.
TLRs also enter this equation. What is affordable/justified for the role

I think that should be built in to the induction and offer for all staff.
I have noticed as I have started coaching is that there must be an element of assertiveness in leadership, setting of mutual expectations and a follow up if something doesn't happen (for whatever reason).
Worth thinking about what your boundaries are and what you are prepared to tolerate in others.
Coming to this a little late. I think that an element that can be missing in some leadership styles is being human. If we focus on process, policy and procedure we can forget the people at the heart of the organisation.
That said, it doesn't mean letting people take advantage of you.

For some reason my brain went here...

It's changed a bit from when I used to go there as a kid. That's the Plaza, right? Round the corner from the Fleece?
Have you got Splinter of the Mind's Eye - Alan Dean Foster? If the original film hadn't been a success, this was going to be the low-budget sequel.

Is it to dance to or for another reason?
Surely some Bob Dylan is required.
But work might be a reason to not like Mondays...
Maybe.
