Hello there! I'm Jules! I'm a transmasculine non-binary artist from the USA. I'd like to go on testosterone one day and I often thought I wasn't allowed to because I need to save money for college, for my family, for one day leaving on my own. If you're thinking that you're not worth the dollars, euros, pounds, yuan, pesos, what have you to exist or live to see yourself change comfortably, I suggest getting more selfish. It's not as horrible as it sounds. Eat an extra cookie from the jar. Put yourself before people who don't regard you. Correct that one college friend on your pronouns. No one is going to dictate who you are. It's not your parents. It's not your neighbors. It's not your friends. It's not your legislators. It's not your money. It's not your government. It may not even be you-- as you are now-- who gets to the final say. I started very differently on my transition journey. I wanted top surgery, bottom surgery, HRT, I wanted to thinner and build muscles, I wanted to live by myself immediately. Now I just want to lay down and draw all the time. And HRT. I still want that :). Go want things. Wanting things is fun even when you don't know what you'll want next.
