I always hear things like, "This bUnGlesShArT fruit is VERY rich in Vitamin QWERTY!" and it's like an 8th of what you need in a day. Most people eat 3 meals a day *if they have time.* I try to eat 6 small meals a day *if I have the life in me.* Do the numbers people know what "very rich in" means?
