Cameron Wins Louisville, Ky. – Daniel Cameron’s campaign released the following statement after his commanding solo performance at the Kentucky Tonight U.S. Senate conversation on KET.
Daniel Cameron, the only participant in the Republican Senate candidate debate on KET, declares himself the winner for his "commanding solo performance."
If this man had murdered eight strangers the story would lead every news outlet. But because they are his children, it's "family violence," "domestic violence" -- undeserving of the same attention. Even though this violence is much more common

Russell Coleman @RCforAG · 7h A respectful reminder: Jacqueline Coleman isn’t my sister. She’s not my ex-wife. And she will never be Kentucky’s Governor.
One of the more... interesting... reactions to Lt. Gov. Jacqueline Coleman announcing she's running for Kentucky governor in 2027.
Hey, so, maybe pick literally anyone else who isn't the daughter of one of those four men to do these interviews???
If the fact that I've written about eastern hellbenders twice this legislative session does not signal that I had a brief but intense phase of wanting to be a herpetologist as a child, then I don't know what does.
It used to be that newspapers would get public backlash whenever there was a story about gun violence on the front page the same day as an A1 ad for a gun show. (A not entirely uncommon occurrence in the South.)
Now there's... whatever this is.
The strategist behind X Strategies, which is paid by Nate Morris' campaign, called this "fake news."
A Morris spox said the campaign has “no relationship” with the influencers identified.
But an expert told us this seeming coordination has "all the hallmarks of a top-down astroturf campaign."
Best group chat in Frankfort, for real
GOOD NIGHT ✌️
LMK what I should manifest into existence in 2027.
Guess what just got final passage to become our state amphibian. 🥹
In case you were wondering how the Kentucky General Assembly has handled being smacked down by the Supreme Court in the matter of Judge Goodman, I think we have enough evidence to suggest they didn't like it one bit.
(We've embedded the resolutions in these stories since they're not online yet.)
Reminder: The General Assembly does not rule on the constitutionality of laws or rulings — that authority rests with the Supreme Court.
Judge Goodman's impeachment proceedings are formally tabled. But the Senate said they will act if the Judicial Conduct Commission does not sanction Goodman.
They vowed to revist the issue and doubled down on their Constitutional right to impeach.

A string of words I would have found unfathomable a year ago.
Kentucky State Rep. Savannah Maddox, R-Dry Ridge, denounces President Donald Trump's posting of an AI-generated image of him as Jesus, calling it "heresy."
London, Kentucky, police were at the wrong house when they shot and killed a man during a botched December 2024 raid in rural Laurel County, according to a copy of the newly released search warrant.
