Also made some frozen margaritas using my Xmas present to me, the Ninja slushy machine

So my belated birthday dinner was a beef roast with mashed potatoes. I used 1/2 the seasoning I made for the lamb on the beef and turned the rest i to a sauce.

I bought a cake and it's a good thing I did after finding out the lamb was bad

I had a migraine on my birthday, started the day before. I ended up staying in bed, I only got up 2x to let Roro out and feed her

Woke up today to make my now belated bday dinner to find out the la.b I bought was bad

Luckily, I had a beef roast in the freezer
