What I imagined Leia to be dreaming as a joke: Herself chu chu chu-ing on Simon who's like "What... Ok...". The "chu chu chu" thing is a homophone joke. "Chu" sounds like the English word "chew", which is what Leia is doing to Simon in her dream. While in Japanese, "chu" is an onomatopoeia for "kiss". So the idea is like, in a way, she's kissing him too. Lol.
