A plastic toy from the 70s called a Weeble. It is an egg-shaped toy designed with a weighted bottom-center. When tilted, the center of mass is raised, and upon release, gravity returns the toy to its original upright position. This one has a pale round face and blond hair and looks like it’s about to tell Ontario's to buy an egg sammich from Timmie's instead of doing anything at all useful to help the people in his province.
