With everything going on, it's hard to believe that #FC2026 was only a week ago. Feels very far away, yet it's opportunities like this for our community to come together and celebrate each other that makes us stronger.

I’ve heard a lot about creatine but still not sure what you’re supposed to do with it. Is it pre-workout fuel, post-workout recovery? Only for lifting or also for cardio? Or do you just take it every day?

I made a set out of a pair of underwear for the Disneyland half marathon in 2024. They didn’t end up being model accurate, but I think they came out alright. I used those stick on sequin sheets cut to pattern.
