2025 can fuck off. I’m very happy that we are at the end. 2025 has been the hardest of my life. We started the year with my wife having emergency craniotomy after a stroke from chiro adjustment and ending the year with her grandma passing who we have been caring for for 3 years after her mom passed.
The easiest DIY build I’ve ever done is giving me the most issues. I got an Audrey II kit on the b stock sale and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything and I’m sad now. Hopefully I can get it but I’ve now point to point wired it in the board and it still doesn’t work.
Ahh my notable one was a Befaco Sallen key filter I built and was never quite right. When I tried to feedback patch it during the Silent Confidant session it popped during recording the track and we had to restart. I still need to fix that module it’s around here somewhere.

My Modified #trogotronic Antidodes. 2 antidotes with 10 turn potentiometer mod in 1 enclosure. I also brought up Pot legs to be cross patched via banana jacks. Added random resistors to 1 side to temper the signal to make patching work. Had to shave the PCB’s to fit and do some trace jumping.

With different racks now on different sides of my desk, how could I send signals to my mixer rack? I figured I’d use long cables, but that would be a mess. Found black noise pipe kits for super cheap. 8 signals over Ethernet. Easy build, great price, perfect solution. Got 1u for mixer rack as well.
Got everything mounted again. Some final placement things but pretty much ready for sound making. Bottom empty spot is for the Audrey II when I get the euro power mod wired in and a header soldered.
Yeah I got this right after DivKids video because it was so cheap. Didn’t even look at the SN till right now lol
If you listen to FTV’s Memory lane the deep drones at the beginning was feedback from a Jomox T-Rackonizer. I sold it and missed it. I was able to get a Synthux Audrey II b stock from their surprise sale and I’m so stoked to have that expanded feedback exploration. Time to build it!
I have spent all the time since I have been in music trying to #circuitbend or modify #trogotronic gear in any way. The only successful way I have found to change them, is to swap potentiometers for 10 turn pots. It brings them to levels of insanity no one thought possible- direct quote from W.T.

Almost there. Pretty close to making a @makenoisemusic.bsky.social system for the top half. Obviously there is a Forge TME VHIKK X in there for lots of fun. Pre ordered a MultiMod and got a Wrong sound stage 2 for mixing both halves. Also got a Zorx 1u mult to put in place of the CV bus fiasco.

#afterlateraudio Adventure Case with top expander. This is the best #eurorack metal case I’ve seen. A couple minor things but it’s built like a tank and the included feet make me happy. Super affordable for the setup. Excited to start messing around with it.
