It's the fifth anniversary of my cat Piper's death. Losing her to cancer in 2020 was really traumatic. At the beginning of that year I was planning to quit my job and move to SF. Instead I went through a breakup, lost my emotional support cat, and can't risk moving anymore.

The Philadelphia Story (1940): my favorite movie of all time. Stars Hepburn, Cary Grant, *and* Jimmy Stewart as divorced heiress Hepburn prepares to remarry. Grant is her ex-husband and Stewart is a reporter sent to cover the wedding. Hijinx ensue; I could probably recite the whole script.

I'm endeavoring to watch all of Katharine's Hepburn's movies because I need a distraction from, well, everything. I am not going to watch them in order because I am a chaos agent with no patience.
