Rehearsals for The Pretentious Young Ladies by Molière — it was a scorcher that day, and the rehearsal hall’s AC was struggling to keep up.
We opened at The Grand Theatre in Times Square, grateful for that moment in time — the heat, the hustle, the theatre.
It’s not where it all began, but in American entertainment vaudeville played a big role. I love theatre history.
