i generally insert the need completely straight down with the vial upright, insert the air, flip the vial/needle upside down, draw up medicine, flip vial/needle right side up, then withdraw needle.

i’m not sure how tricky that is for other people to do since i was doing it for years, but it—

-insert needle into vial
-push air into vial
-draw up med with needle
-withdraw needle carefully

hi friend! genuine question because it’s not common knowledge, did you insert air into the vial before attempting to draw out the medication? it helps balance the pressure inside and makes it so you can withdraw the solution easier. otherwise you’re fighting the pressure and it’s super difficult
