Tell your Reps and Senators to call Adm. Richard Correll, the Commander of U.S. Strategic Command, which controls the nation's nukes, and remind him of *his* unique responsibility to refuse an illegal order.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how a meadow holds its harmony: golden grasses, cool violets in the shadows, fresh greens on the trunks, soft blues in the distance. None of those colors match—but they all belong.

People are just like colors of the meadow- they all belong no matter their differences

The dark tree trunks at the heart of the scene rise like steady sentinels, anchoring your eye the way a moral compass anchors a life. Even as the trail divides, those strong verticals remind us that we’re still rooted in the same forest, breathing the same air, sharing the same ground.

As I worked, that gentle fork in the path started to feel like more than just a hiking choice. It became a picture of the decisions we face, both individually and together, especially in unsettled times.

Any one else tired of winter? Hubs and I just escaped the north between snowstorms. We are heading towards the Smoky Mountains where one of my paintings is on display this month.
