Frustrating as it worked so well before I'd stopped using the iPad but now I'm back and thus far the iPad is providing a superior experience albeit its own issues regarding CPU demand

CPU switching made no discernible difference - so rule out previous theory

One commenter on Reddit said they installed an earlier drive and it eliminated the problem. That drive no longer works with the latest update

The issue - I've seen reported elsewhere - you draw the line and it doesn't complete the line till you lift the pen - that's one symptom- another is you try drawing consistently with the pen on the screen and it drags

Right now (for brushes where I have it) it can be anywhere between 30 and 100% - am wondering now you're talking CPU if I switch the processing unit from the MUltra to CPU AppleAccelerste 1 if that makes a difference - you assume the M chip would be better but accelerate 1 might be native to the app

Never used to be an issue - two drivers ago you could have stabiliser at 100% and it was fine. But now. Like molasses

24-core CPU and up to 76-core GPU

Is the Huion better than the Wacom? My Wacom pen lags terrible in clip studio with stabiliser on

Ah! Yes, stay where you are. It's Tahoe. I have a vague make do wirk around (Clip is wonderfully adaptable) but still.

Some kind of driver issue - no problem without stability, but now a major drag. Literally. No idea why. Uninstalled reinstalled etc. Not great
