I honestly had designs on making a mystery machine/Velma reversible skirt to wear when I dress up as her but these are gonna look so sick in this closet I couldn't pass it up. I have pretty good thrift luck so I may come across more deadstock from this line.

Thanks in no small part to Drac’s diligence & a thoughtful gift from my mother in law of a fold out cutting table; I have finally been able to start a sewing project! A set of curtains for the walk in closet he built me. I cannot wait to show it off, but there’s still work to do. Soon, I promise.

I am so sorry, that is so gross. I have to BEG them to draw from the back of my hand and not my inner elbow. I look like I have obvious veins but they are slippery and after the second poke in the inner elbow I am furious. I hope you find somewhere to go that isn't filled with creeps.

Honestly one of the hardest parts of losing my mom. I've tried everything to get them to stop and nothing seems to work.

A picture of a rather dilapidated copy of "The picture of Dorian Gray" There is visible water damage to the cover and the plastic cover is yellowing. Obviously, not evident from the picture but there is a truly foul musty smell emanating from it!

Last week, a gentleman returned this rather dilapidated copy of this famous book to us after 50 years. He had found it in his attic!
Presumably this means there is a pristine copy somewhere in our libraries....

It's so sleek! I love it. Also your color is superb.

I'm gonna dive into their discography today while I do some house work. Those bass lines were so fun.

Kiwi has been a particularly sweet boy this past week. Between Drac caring for me so well when I need it most, these hilarious cats, & heavy lifting/lots of resist heavy spin rides I feel better mentally/physically right now than I did in all of 2025. I am so grateful.
