cons of re4 wii: its quite literally the only wii game ive ever played that doesnt pause the game when your controller dies

i kind of like the idea that rather than "they" being treated as an ungendered third person that, in cis dominated society, in practice is used unprompted to degender "visibly trans" ppl, thus verbally enforcing "he or she = looking sufficiently cis" b/c of how sexuality and gender still rely on

also fucking nuts that alvis xenoblade is in this game. always a jumpscare to hear this guy

im genuinely loving this game and how lively it is so far, i would say the added voice acting was 100% a great decision this localization to do. I think the advantage of not having a preexisting one to dub gives them a lot more liberty and flow to do what they want with it
