Oooh I've never heard of it but it looks cool! If languagetransfer do your target language I can't recommend it enough as a first step, with maybe this alongside for vocab. also YouTube videos in your target language adjusting playback speed for comprehension (start with Peppa pig and then work up)

I've also found AI to be fantastic for speaking/listening practice, you dont need to worry about being shit or boring, you can't embarass yourself, and you can quickly build confidence in whatever vocab you're learning so that you're ready to use it confidently when you speak with a real person.

I've been learning languages on and off for about a decade and I've found duolingo slows me down. Anki is the magic wand (7 year streak), and a recent discovery which i've found to be a game changer for the languages it covers is languagetransfer.org. LT + Anki + online immersion is the way to go.
