Bit of a life update, my SSD card running my OS crapped out last Friday. It also contained basically all the art I've made in the past 5 years. I just delivered it to a data recovery center so I'm hoping I can get it all back.

I really want to strive to get more accuracy/consistency within my own work, and the fact that people do this for a living not just for their own characters but on a constant basis is just so mind-boggling to me. Its a massive inspiration and I want to strive to be just like that.

I've always wanted to ask 2D animators who work on film/TV a few questions in regards to their work:
1. Is there a grace period in which one becomes familiarized with drawing the characters/style of the film?
2. How do you approach animating a completely new IP with consistency and accuracy?
