I'm reading The Vorrh, which has very fluid POV at times. I know I'd be accused of 'head hopping' if I wrote like that. But it works fine, and I like the dynamic nature of it.

There is an incredibly good audiobook read by Martin Shaw when he just glides through all those difficult pronunciations like Elvish is his mother tongue.

I like horror, it seems to come naturally, weirdly. I'm currently elbow deep in a fantasy though, and will be for the foreseeable future. My only publication so far is a children's story. I tend to go where the inspiration takes me.

I did learn about her as much as possible, and she is a faithful representation, as far as I can make her. I was lucky to have an extensive library to trawl for my research and found a lot of gems about her and Romanian folklore too (the book is set in Wallachia).
