And when I woke up, I asked my partner what Detective Conan's actual name was... and just huh, surprisingly close, considering I only remember reading one volume like 20 years ago. xDD

Page 57 of my webcomic, Hex & Seal. Hex lends his entire body to the beckon of the spirits. Their voiceless call is depicted as a golden wind, but there truly is nothing there to see. Hex keeps his eyes closed as he lets the spirits guide his feet on each step through the mossy pine forest. His steps feel uncertain, heavy, like he really has to focus on each one. The deeper he goes, the more pines replace all other types of trees. No spruces, birches or aspens to be seen here.. The spirits lead him to a small, moss-covered stone slab at the root of a thick pine tree.

Suddenly there was a giant fishy monster roaming the city and eating people with its Alien-like retractable mouth.

Only it was partly mechanical!
Was this the company's evil creation?!

The three have to enter the fish to destroy it from the inside and save the people!

The room goes dark and a computer screen on Shinji's desk turns red.

His hard drive has been blown up and the screen displays a taunting message from a hacker.

Assassins burst in through the door.

The three break a window and escape.

The story zooms out, showing us the Big Bad sipping some expensive drink and pulling out a laptop at his gazillion-dollar office. He smiles.

Back at Shinji's house, he rests while his friends stand about, making sure he's ok. They can't go to the hospital without risking being caught.

Jigen runs back to help Shinji up, but as he does, Shinji's mask falls off.

Lupin and Jigen are shocked but roll with it.
They seem impressed to learn Shinji was behind this plan.

Shinji puts the mask back on and the three get out alive.

The three enter the factory in secret to gather video evidence of the company's plans.

No, I didn't see what these plans were, lol.

But they were Evil!

As they stream the horrors live, armed guards appear.

As they escape, Shinji is hit by something and falls over.

Shinji hires his two best friends but doesn't tell them who he is.

Shinji has a translucent mask-gadget that can change his real face into a significantly older man's face without revealing it's a mask.

Even Lupin and Jigen don't know they're being hired by their friend.

Lupin the third and Jigen stand off to the side, looking shocked. There's text too, which reads. Apparently there's a movie of this crossover and I kinda wanna see it now, LOL. Somehow I doubt the story is the same as in my dream. Also I've seen exactly one Lupin movie and read one Conan volume. Yet they still haunt me.

Had a wild dream so gotta share.

Detective Conan's adult form, now nicknamed Shinji, is childhood friends with Lupin III and Jigen.

Shinji works, possibly undercover, at a factory hiding a dark secret.
He plans to expose them via social media videos. (😂)

My OC Drystan in a sparkly star themed outfit. This is far far far in the future where the gem in his hair and on his chest have also been adorned with stars. his cape is now a magical cricle/star map. his outfit has long sleeves, five points that when seen from above make a star shape and a rainbow frill that is long in the back to be like a shooting star trail. he seems to have speckles of light around his hand and head as well as all the star charms dangling from his outfit. he is infront of a star themed stained glass window at night.
