,,....and I'm pretty sure the vb games come to switch as well and those roms can be ripped from that system so we don't have to worry about dragon hopper and zero racers being locked to sw2,
,.so that's that covered, ^-^

after the first couple years, we basically never touched our original switch (beating odyssey I guess ?), so.., the switch two looks cool ? I guess ? it's neat, but we've been fine this long without it, mk world, bananza, whatever else, and we'll still be fine after,

we were thinking a pce-cd game, but that was a hudson soft title with hisaishi's name on it, not any ymo member.,

lrt - interesting, ymo seemed to be pretty well proponents of vgm that we could tell, and we know takahashi wrote for at least a couple games, and now hosono too! saikimoto surely did as well? but I'm not sure we recall what, if any

LATTICE 200EC7: Haruomi Hosono's hidden video game soundtrack The story of Haruomi Hosono's obscure contribution to video games, which has been right under our noses for decades.

Hey, did you know Haruomi Hosono scored a soundtrack for an obscure rail shooter for the PlayStation? And that the audio is fully playable if you put the game disc in your CD player? Here's the story of a hidden gem by one third Yellow Magic Orchestra. 🚀

first draft of a level for a kaizo hack i'm making, there is a lot to clean up here in terms of gameplay and visuals but i think this is a nice start,, i hope the last trick isn't too fucked up

please, honest, be as annoying as possible ! it's good to see you thrive and enjoy this

but like, that's a different school of level design that we don't really know yet, so there's certainly learning to be done

it was just over chocolate doom (lilibri set up both zandronum *and* odamex a week ago just to find the servers are dead) so we're mostly thinking in vanilla compat, of course

maybe boom/etc if we want to be fancy with it, but still nothing with 3d floors or jumping or such

guess it doesn't hurt that we finished up this map (well, it's submitted, yknow) so now the creative mind is free from so constantly picking at it

we play doom deathmatch with a partner once and then suddenly want to design a dm map

1 day ago 4 0 1 0

,,,..but still, are you sure about that,

1 day ago 3 0 1 0

,,.actually I guess it could be right, who knows,
just because our following here and elsewhere is trans n all doesn't mean our yt one where we don't say anything about that because family watches sometimes and that's dangerous is,

I played for way shorter and could feel it creeping back in, I had to find better positions that didn't put so much strain on the achy area,.,

it's kinda weird to have someone with a little more mental endurance for such reasons,.,

younger me played tf2 in apparently a position our neck really didn't like for way too long last night and I'm still feeling it like a whole day later.,
look I know you're like eight years younger but this body certainly isn't, please handle it with care..,,

oh dear goodness what did we do

3 days ago 6 0 2 0

shoutouts to whoever it was last night sleeping with our legs crossed somehow ? like you do in a sitting position, but lying down, on your back, as you do for sleep
that was absolutely agonizing to wake up in the middle of the night to and our knees have continued to be kinda pissed off all day

we've listened to that solo so muchh...,.,.,.,

,.,.maybe we feel like we can't work on this map for very long because we haven't replaced the music yet,

never forget to always replace D_RUNNIN, y'all,.,

3 days ago 4 0 2 0

we keep skewing for maps that seem easy but have at least a bit of a bite to them, so I'm kinda taking it that I should maybe tone that down for this one..,
that said, I don't want it to be *easy* easy, exactly,.,

a screenshot from doom 2 of a map we're creating. it's a decently tall, dimly-lit room, where the floors and ceiling are different kinds of metal, and the walls are of a gray, almost white concrete. there's a switch to the immediate right which is illuminated, a hall in the far center of the room that trails off out of view, and a inset vent between that hall entrance and the exit room to the left of the screen. said room is being blocked off by a set of steel bars protruding from the elevated step of a similarly steel wall installation surrounding them. despite this, the exit signs and switch are still slightly visible behind.

I think I might have something figured out.,
