I think I'm going to make a few different sauces, then prep a bag of potatoes and see which ones I really like. A flight of potato salads.
The pot pie was the expected meh. Crust not worth eating, I peeled off the top. There were 4 tiny cubes of "chicken" and too many carrots.
Gonna make a batch of scratch pot pies this autumn. Will do individual sized, with my own crust.

Drinking the prep was the worst part of the colonoscopy. The closer I got to finishing the gallon, the harder it was to gag down without vomiting.

Found another herby vinaigrette recipe. This one was chives, parsley and thyme. Might try it, but I've been very happy with the dill, basil, parsley combo + plenty of shallots.

Perhaps that's a healthier perspective. Not like any of the bottles was a Chateau Lafite Rothschild. Most were $5-10 at purchase.
Finished purging my red wines. Had previously done a mostly-purge but kept a dozen bottles.
Got rid of eight more today.
Decided to keep the dozen bottles of white for now. Foolish, I suppose, since alcohol really bothers my system now.
