Imagine if the only question we had to answer was, are we doing our best to improve the life chances of our pupils, instead of wondering what’s coming next from Ofsted.

Parents’ Evenings, let’s make them easier for teachers. Start them during the school day if possible, allow them to be done remotely but let’s stop them going on for hours after a hard day of teaching.
