Just finished this original by George Orwell, having only really known his 1984 and animal farm. Addresses how homelessness is misunderstood... From his own experiences (1930s) of being "down and out"; not much different today, except perhaps drugs.

Very good. Orwell's writing is excellent.

Because these little men (hiding their faces) get off on pretending to be "real" police. No different than mall cops, except they're allowed to carry guns and kidnap people without due process. Disgusting.
