Is it possible Tr*mp demanded she be replaced with a man? Is his slimy orange hand in the panic appointment and rushed vetting?

My existing inverter is the wrong type (one was string, can't remember the other) so I needed another for the battery.

That's what I thought. The panels produce DC which goes through the inverter to the house. I thought the battery could be connected to the DC and then it wouldn't need a second inverter (because why convert DC to AC back to DC to store it?) but they said that's not how it's done.

I didn't go ahead with it. It was through Solar Together from the local council too! I'm going to shop around. (I only have four panels as I live in a teeny tiny mid terrace).

Did you have to pay loads extra for DNO? I have 4 solar panels already, exporting extra to the grid, wanted a battery. I got a quote, signed everything and at the last minute they asked for £400. But I'm already connected to the grid so 🤷‍♀️.
