Customised my lab crocs today. One is blue damselfish (my study species! 🐟) themed and the other one has a map of Okinawa on the side.

A new PhD student in my lab wants me to draw on her crocs too now - expect clownfish-themed crocs to hit the corridors of #OIST in the near future...

Hi! I live right next to some of the best snorkeling/diving sites in Okinawa. I usually like to have time to go slowly and look at stuff so I prefer scuba diving, but I also do some 'baby' free diving on the side. Will have to watch deepest breath!
